Lesson rates, the number of classes and how payment works — agreed before you enrol.

PLN per student, per 60-minute lesson. The standard schedule is twice a week.

For once-weekly lessons, the 1-month rate applies regardless of how long you study with us.
One-to-one lessons can also last 30 or 45 minutes. We can agree a different frequency or combine group and private lessons. We quote the price before enrolment; intensive schedules may qualify for a tailored discount.

Emma worksheets and exercises are included. If your course requires a separate commercial textbook, you buy it separately; we tell you which book before purchase.
No registration, administration, level-test or brief phone/messenger consultation fees.
One month: we count the lessons scheduled for that month in advance and charge for exactly that number.
Three months: we calculate all scheduled lessons for the full period and charge once, in advance.
Pay by bank transfer, generally by the 5th of the month in which your paid period begins. Planned closures and holidays are not charged. There is no automatic renewal.
Example: 24 group lessons planned over three months × 40 PLN = 960 PLN total.
Group: if the lesson goes ahead, a student absence does not normally result in a refund. We share materials for self-study and assess exceptional circumstances individually.
Pair or one-to-one: reschedule without a fee by notifying us at least 24 hours before the lesson (Poland time). A later cancellation or no-show is chargeable if the teacher was ready to teach, subject to statutory consumer rights.
If Emma cancels, you choose an agreed alternative lesson or a refund for the undelivered class. Credit towards a later period requires your consent.
You may end a paid period early. We settle lessons already due and refund the unused prepayment within 14 days. No termination penalty and no retroactive removal of the agreed discount.
